Black Business Owners,Professionals, Entrepreneurs (BOPE) is a nonprofit organization organized to address the professional, marketing, political, personal and career developmental needs of African American Owned or Managed Businesses.

BOPE is committed to provide a strong network and enriching environment to foster the long-term growth of relationships between its members, friends, community and other businesses.

The Business Owners, Professionals, Entrepreneurs (BOPE) was founded in 1996 by a group of 11 men and women as an marketing and networking organization.

Our Vision

BOPE is a vibrant, passionate organization of men and women who connect with one another on multiple dimensions (personal, professional and business) throughout their life stages. It provides an encouraging and supportive environment to empower members to succeed in sharing in business opportunities.

  BOPE fosters and provides cutting edge thought leadership and perspective to its members, and the business community. Our monthly "The Meeting" allows members and visitors the opportunity to network with other businesses, encompasses ways and means to build partnerships and support and business intelligence and to break barriers to success. It is devoted to making businesses a strong part of our community by setting high standards and raising the bar. It provides a forum to give back and be a part of something greater than oneself, and enables all businesses large or small to participate.

  BOPE is very active and participates in the political arena, and play a crucial role monitoring political activities, including holding political forums and making endorsement of candidates that will foster the goals of our organization.
